When you send the form, we receive what you type: your name, email, phone number, the date on your letter and anything you add. Our site host also keeps standard server logs, such as your browser type and the pages you visited.

How we use it

We use what you send only to answer you and to set up a call. We don't sell it, rent it or use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Our lawyers and staff, and the companies that host our site and email, who may use it only to provide those services.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, we delete form messages after a year. Client files are kept as the rules for lawyers require.

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@marchbanksballentine.com.
