Questions
Answers, before you book a call
If yours isn't here, the free call is the place to ask.
Who do you work with?
People and small businesses with a problem with the IRS or the state revenue department: audits, back taxes, levies and liens, payroll tax, and a parent's taxes after a death.
Do you prepare tax returns?
Only the missing returns a case needs. For a yearly return, a CPA or enrolled agent will cost you less, and we're glad to say so.
Is the first call really free?
Yes. Thirty minutes by video. You'll leave it knowing what the letter means and, if we can help, the flat fee.
What should I have ready?
The newest letter from the IRS and, if you have it, the return it's about. Don't worry about the rest yet.
Do you work with people outside Atlanta?
Yes. We meet everyone by video, wherever they are in the state, and the IRS side of the work is the same everywhere.
How do I send you papers?
Through a secure upload link we send after you sign the engagement letter. Please don't email Social Security numbers or account numbers.
Will you talk to the IRS for me?
Yes. Once you sign a power of attorney, the IRS writes to us and calls us, and you get a copy of everything.
Can you promise a result?
No. The IRS and the courts decide. We can promise to explain your options plainly, keep every deadline, and make the strongest honest case for you.
