We want everyone to be able to use this site and to work with us, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

What we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA: readable text sizes, strong contrast, alt text on images, clear labels on the form, and pages that work with a keyboard and a screen reader.

Meeting with us

Every meeting can be by video with captions turned on, by phone, or in person at an office with step-free access. If another format would help, such as large-print copies of letters, tell us and we'll arrange it.
